Edwards Srl, part of the Atlas Copco Group, is looking for a Service Planner. Based in Avezzano, you will coordinate and optimise daily schedules of Field Service Engineers, ensuring all service activities are delivered efficiently and on time. You will manage forward planning of service orders, balance preventive and reactive maintenance, and act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule all service orders to ensure timely deliveryAllocate work to engineers and optimise utilisationEnsure orders and parts are ready ahead of service visitsCoordinate with customers to arrange and confirm appointmentsMonitor progress and ensure all work is completed on timeMaintain accurate data in SAP for reporting and trackingCollaborate with engineers, managers, and service centres to resolve issuesSupport VTS contracts by coordinating materials and customer maintenance activities
Experience & Knowledge
Experience working in a fast‑paced, complex environment with the ability to adapt and reprioritise quicklyBackground in a technical or service/support environment is preferredStrong analytical and planning skillsExperience with SAP; knowledge of CRM or Service Management systems is an advantage

Additional Requirements
Languages: English and Italian required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plusStrong computer literacy

Job Classification and Compensation
Job classification and collective labor agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanico, Level C3
Starting salary within the relevant salary range from EUR 31,000 gross per year, plus variable compensation. The actual salary offered will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, internal pay equity, level of responsibility, and the experience and skills of the selected candidate. xjrgpwk
Job Location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Milano, Avezzano, Italy (IT).
