OverviewWe're looking for a designer-creative hybrid to join UniCredit's Group Marketing & Communication hub in Milan. If you love crafting and adapting visual assets, designing and building simple digital assets like newsletters and DEMs, and experimenting with GenAI tools — this role is for you. You'll work across social media, digital channels, presentations, and internal comms — balancing design, copy, user experience, and GenAI experimentation.

What we expect from you
Strong design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to build simple digital tools (newsletters, DEMs, basic digital templates)
Curiosity and hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Firefly, Midjourney...)
Solid copywriting + fluency in English
Highly organised, detail-oriented, fast learner
Bonus: video/motion basics (Premiere/After Effects)
