We are looking for an:

Communications & Marketing Content Factory Manager

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Communications Officer, the Communications & Marketing Content Factory Manager will be responsible for scaling Brembo’s content production capabilities by combining AI, human creativity and robust operational processes.

The role will transform AI into a structural lever of the company’s Communications & Marketing contents — ensuring high‑quality, multi‑format outputs that are coherent, brand‑aligned, legally compliant, and impactful across all communication and marketing touchpoints.

This person will balance automation and craftsmanship, bringing the human touch, creative judgment, and brand sensibility needed to elevate AI‑enabled content.

Role Objectives

* Increase productivity and scalability of content creation through advanced AI tools.
* Standardize quality, tone of voice, and message consistency across all channels.
* Reduce production time and costs while improving content effectiveness.
* Integrate creativity, automation, human oversight, and operational governance into a cohesive system.
* Ensure Brembo’s content reflects the brand’s identity, values, and emotional storytelling — beyond what AI can do autonomously.

Core Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Content Frameworks

* Define the creative frameworks, guidelines, and templates for AI‑assisted content production.
* Translate corporate and brand communication strategies into scalable creative concepts.
* Ensure tone, style, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints, for both external and internal communications.

2. AI & Prompt Engineering

* Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for text, image, and video generation.
* Select, integrate, and orchestrate AI models according to business needs.
* Continuously improve output quality through structured iteration, human review, and creative oversight.
* Identify emerging AI tools and assess their potential.

3. Post‑Editing & Multi‑Format Content Creation

* Oversee and perform post‑editing across all AI‑generated assets
* Adapt content to different formats, channels, and audiences (digital, social, advertising, editorial, internal).
* Guarantee quality standards at least comparable — and ideally superior — to traditional production.
* Ensure human creativity shapes the final result, particularly in storytelling, emotional tone, and brand interpretation.

4. Workflow Automation & Content Operations

* Design and implement automated workflows for AI‑driven content production, in coordination with external partners.
* Integrate AI platforms with CMS, DAM, and collaboration tools.
* Reduce operational bottlenecks, manual dependencies, and repetitive tasks.

5. Operations, Governance & Vendor Management

* Develop operational playbooks for AI‑driven content production.
* Govern DAM and CMS systems (structure, metadata, taxonomy, versioning, access).
* Coordinate external vendors, freelancers, and technology providers.
* Monitor end‑to‑end content performance, costs, and process efficiency.

Main requirements

Technical Expertise

* 7–10 years’ experience in a similar role in a multinational company
* AI‑assisted content creation (copy, visuals, video).
* Advanced prompt design and prompt engineering.
* Copywriting, storytelling, and visual direction.
* Multi‑format post‑production and editing.
* Workflow automation and process design.

Operational Skills

* Project management and operational roadmap planning.
* Cross‑functional collaboration and teamwork.
* Vendor management and external partner coordination.

Compliance & Risk Management

* Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property regulations.
* Understanding of GDPR compliance in AI‑generated content.
* Brand safety, risk mitigation, and reputational control.
* Awareness of ethical and legal risks related to AI.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong creativity paired with the ability to turn ideas into effective prompts and scalable content.
* Ability to merge creativity, technology, and operations into a unified approach.
* Experimental mindset combined with structured execution.
* Comfort working in fast‑evolving environments.
* High ownership of quality, timelines, and results.
* Passion for storytelling, brand expression, and elevating AI with human insight.

Location: Bergamo - Italy
