Our Mission
We are currently looking for a High Jewelry & Heritage Manager to join our Pomellato Product Marketing team based in Milan HQ.
How you will contribute
- Define and implement the product strategy for High Jewelry, in line with the brand’s image and business objectives.
- Develop new collections, in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Creativity, Stones, Product Development and Production), ensuring that quality, costs and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the development of 360° tools with brand and sales team to ensure successful launches, and appropriate visibility and desirability.
- Monitor the product portfolio, manage product lifecycle and inventory.
- Lead the pricing strategy, ensuring consistency across the range.
- Analyze product performance and competition, identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Create training tools on new collections for sales team.
- Support brand and regional events, ensure proper product selection and presentation, and provide assistance with collection presentation and product handling.
- Manage and curate the Heritage collections, including leading the acquisition of significant historical pieces.
- Support brand initiatives such as exhibitions and special projects by providing expertise and access to the Heritage collections.
- Manage a team of 3 reports.
Who you are
- Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, primarily acquired in the High Jewelry industry.
- Previous experience in people management.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Luxury market and strong product sensibility.
- Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and creativity. Business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of Office programs (mainly Excel and Power Point).
- Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
