Role Responsibilities: Supporting the recruitment process; Assisting hiring managers in defining job descriptions; Managing onboarding and offboarding processes; Supporting administrative management of employees; What we need from you: Enthusiasm for the role green hydrogen will play in the future and Enapter's part in it; At least 1 year of experience in HR; Experience in end-to-end recruiting, sourcing, and using HR systems; Strong LinkedIn network and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing, etc); Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; Organized, creative, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
