CONTEXT
The Global Application & Processes Manager is responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders to lead project activities, including preparing deliverables, designing processes, and managing business partner iterations. This role involves defining current and future business processes within the Menarini Group, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving technological solutions. The ideal candidate should be:

The role oversees the implementation, management, and optimization of Manufacturing and Engineering solutions, focusing on Production Execution, Logistics, Engineering (maintenance, calibration, equipment commissioning and qualification), Pharma Serialization, and EHS. Responsibilities include system configuration, updates, troubleshooting, and working with technical teams on system design, build, and testing.
The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop business cases, and deliver cost-effective solutions while tracking feedback for future improvements.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Mapping and analyzing business processes and impacts of new systems
2. Modeling current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') processes
3. Identifying opportunities for business process improvements
4. Benchmarking emerging technologies and advocating for their adoption
5. Acting as Change Manager for organizational projects
6. Supporting Business Key-Users and Process Owners through change management
7. Collaborating across organization to understand needs and opportunities
Project Management and Execution
1. Engaging with Business Key-Users and Process Owners
2. Gathering and analyzing requirements
3. Designing technical solutions
4. Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
5. Leading or participating in multiple projects
6. Managing external providers and vendors
7. Configuring and implementing software solutions
8. Overseeing system integration and monitoring project progress

Application Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
1. Gathering feedback and lessons learned
2. Addressing improvement areas with stakeholders or vendors
3. Monitoring vendor performance and SLAs
4. Tracking application maintenance budgets
5. Ensuring governance, compliance, and system integrity
Business Applications Management
1. Managing the lifecycle of business applications
2. Supervising integration processes and roadmaps
3. Collaborating with vendors and driving contractual processes
4. Supporting cross-functional system optimization
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Professional experience:
* At least 5 years in a similar role within an international company or consulting firm
* Experience in transformation initiatives and functional analysis
* Deep knowledge of Demand to Stock processes, especially in pharma, with GxP compliance
* Proven track record in leading successful IT projects, especially in manufacturing or pharma sectors
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering functions
* Experience with SAP PM or similar systems, calibration management, and C&Q systems
* Knowledge of SAP PP or other ERP platforms is a plus
* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is beneficial
* Strategies for implementing smart plant/factory technologies are advantageous
