For our client, a prestigious luxury real estate company, we are looking for:

Position Description:
The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for the complete management of the luxury real estate sales process (excluding acquisition). Specifically, they will handle:
* Management of the company's portfolio of over 1700 luxury properties
* Management of the company's client portfolio
* Promotion and marketing of properties through targeted strategies
* Negotiation and management of sales negotiations
* Providing specialized advice to clients on legal, fiscal, and financial aspects of real estate transactions
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of luxury real estate market trends
* Proven experience in the real estate sector
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* In-depth knowledge of the local and international luxury real estate market
* Fluency in Italian and English (C1/C2 level). Knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
* High professionalism, confidentiality, and result-oriented attitude
* Excellent knowledge of IT tools and major CRM systems
Contract type: Collaboration via VAT number
Monthly fixed salary: €1000-1500 + 10-15% commission or commission-only at 25-30%
Reimbursement for travel outside the operational area
