Fratelli S.p.A. is looking for a Omnichannel Engagement Platforms Manager (maternity cover) within the Digital & Business Technology Marketing unit. The role will report to the IT Marketing Director and will be based in our Headquarters in Parma.Job purposeLeads the implementation and optimization of technologies that enable first‐party data collection, enrichment, and activation within paid media and direct marketing activations. Understands omnichannel execution pain points and the current advertising and marketing technology stack to define and deploy a strategic technology roadmap supporting personalization at scale and first‐ and second‐party data strategies. Plays a cross‐functional role connecting digital, media, data, legal, and IT teams to leverage technology enabling the business mission and goals.ResponsibilitiesThe resource will support the team in the following activities: Provide day‐to‐day operational support for omnichannel marketing automation r
