We are currently looking for an experienced and proactiveClient Advisor for our boutique based in Rome, Rinascente Tritone.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
* Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
* Support the Sales Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
* Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
* Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
* Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
* Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
* Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sales Staff
* Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till)
Requirements
* Fluency inItalian, English. Other languages are considered a plus.
* Minimum 4years of relevant experience in luxury retail.

* Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
* Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
