Your role
We are seeking a Senior Art Director with a sharp creative vision, strategic thinking abilities, effective presentation skills, and the capacity to engage in meaningful discussions around creative concepts. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of aesthetics combined with a practical understanding of what is both beautiful and functional in relation to the brief.
Main responsibilities :
1. Develop and lead compelling visual concepts that align with brand objectives and project briefs.
2. Present ideas clearly and confidently, supporting concepts with well-reasoned arguments.
3. Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and producers to ensure seamless execution of creative work.
4. Provide clear and constructive feedback to guide the creative process and elevate the quality of deliverables.
5. Oversee production processes, with hands-on experience on set to ensure the creative vision is realized.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to creative challenges.
Main requirements :
1. Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across multiple platforms.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions.
3. Experience in managing and directing photo and video shoots, ensuring quality and creative integrity on set.
4. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite and related tools).
