We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Languages: English, Italian, and (German will be considered as advantage)
- Available to work every day - flexibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
