About Pirelli Digital Solutions Center
In 2022 Pirelli opened Pirelli Digital Solutions Center in Bari, the first development centre entirely focused on digital innovation, born with the goal of enriching internal skills in the most strategic areas for Pirelli. Pirelli Digital Center employees are involved in the development of software and algorithms destined for the most advanced processes of planning, manufacturing and marketing of the group’s tyres throughout the world. The centre can count on a number of technologies including those of the Innovation room, a space which allows true digital co‑working between employees in Bari and the around 500 people of the Pirelli Digital Team worldwide. It will also permit interaction with Pirelli Headquarters, Pirelli’s 18 plants in the world, suppliers, clients and the various university hubs with which the company collaborates in open innovation projects and skills’ exchange.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
The Salesforce Business Analyst Intern will collaborate with the CRM team, composed of functional and technical profiles, and your focus will primarily involve analyzing, designing, and implementing CRM solutions to address business and market needs, including both new configurations and enhancements to existing ones, with the aim of ensuring an effective and scalable CRM platform through strong cross‑functional collaboration and efficient requirement‑to‑delivery alignment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Supporting the analysis and gathering of business requirements together with the Global HQ team, contributing to the identification of open points and clarification of requirements.
Collaborating in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, working closely with the development team.
Assisting in solution design and in drafting functional documentation (Solution Design Document), including process flows and mockups to support business understanding.
Participating in workshops and meetings with stakeholders to discuss and validate proposed solutions.
Supporting the development phase and contributing to internal testing activities (SIT), ensuring consistency between requirements, functional analysis, and implementation.
Assisting in the preparation and execution of end‑to‑end testing (UAT) with business and market teams.
Contributing to updating documentation (user manuals, technical documentation) and preparing release notes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree:
BSC/MSC Degree in Business Economics/Marketing or Engineering.
Language:
Italian: native proficiency; English: full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
Technical / Specific Skills:
Knowledge of one database query language between MySQL, SQL/Server, PL/SQL.
Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
