Minimum 8 years of experience managing SAP AMS portfolio. SAP Functional or ABAP experience is a must. /p pArea experience : Proven experience in Incident Management, IT service management (ITSM) or a related role. Good experience of SAP / ERP processes /p pSoft skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
