At Ralph Lauren, we unite and inspire the communities within our company as well as those in which we serve by amplifying voices and perspectives to create a culture of belonging, ensuring inclusion, and fairness for all. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliExceed sales and profitability targets /liliDeliver sales and profitability through key metrics: sales, conversion, and units per transaction /liliDeploy resources to match skill/experience customer requirements /liliAdopt tools and processes to improve employee efficiency and increase productivity /liliUnderstand and support budgetary requirements to increase store profitability /liliManage and maintain a safe working environment for customers and employees /liliMaintain compliance of all company policy and procedures including health and safety and employment legislation /liliPartner with the operations manager and implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance /li /ulh3Leadership /h3ulliManage and inspire the team to deliver results by driving the RL Selling Culture /liliCommunicate, engage and energize the team to maximize performance service metrics (e.g., employee survey) /liliHire, coach and develop a high performing team to deliver outstanding results /liliManage talent talks and appraisals and provide regular constructive feedback /liliRecognize and reward great service and performance /liliManage teams’ adherence to the brand dress grooming standards to ensure representation as brand ambassadors /li /ulh3RL Selling Culture /h3ulliLead by example and coach the team to deliver the RL Selling Culture model to an exceptional level /liliDeliver Brilliant Briefings that focus on the RL Selling Culture /liliCreate a customer-first culture within all store activities /liliObserve, coach and share product knowledge; coach selling skills to drive key metrics: sales, conversion and units per transaction /liliOptimize opportunities to increase sales, customer data capture increase customer loyalty /li /ulh3Brand Presentations and Operational Efficiency /h3ulliDeliver brand visual proposition guidelines at an exceptional level /liliInfluence the visual presentation strategy through commercial thinking /liliBuild brand understanding by coaching the team with visual merchandising skills /liliProvide feedback ideas to influence product presentation product ranging to increase sales /liliEnsure 100% retail standards are consistently maintained /liliDemonstrate a good understanding of product seasonality, concepts, key volume lines to support the commercial actions drive sales /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliWork autonomously and give proactive guidance to the team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment /liliLead and empower the team to put the consumer at the heart of what they do /liliConsistently demonstrates the RL Way and Cultural Focus Areas /liliExcellent sales skills (actively engage with customers to promote sales and offer best in class shopping experience) /liliCoach and lead the team to provide exceptional performance /liliAble to prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines and specified standards /liliExcellent organizational, planning and time management skills /liliAbility to manage and implement change /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate and influence direct team and others /liliCommitment to their own continuous development and supporting others /liliRequired language: English + local language /liliComputer skills: MS Office /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
