Key Responsibilities:
* To form close relationships with end users, consultants and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote our brand, and to increase sales and demand for our security products.
* To achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix. This will involve the strategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well as the ability to influence decision makers and ensuring sales growth.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic planning - Both short and medium term sales planning will be required on a regular basis following sales workshops, and liaising with our Product Management team to share market information.
* Properly manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installer) part of our channel partner programme, with responsibility on sales revenue generated through assigned Partners.
* Support activity of Strategic Sales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned region within defined Strategic Vertical Markets.
* Areas of responsibility will include the following (but not limited to): End user consultations, Consultants and specifiers, Liaising with major System integrators at senior level, Ensure actual customer based are kept update with product information, Increase project pipeline and revenue with existing active customers, Create a project pipeline with new customers, Report on weekly basis on sales and project progress, Existing customer audit analysis, Product and market segmentation, positioning and targeting, Input of ideas towards marketing plans for new product launches and customer events, Focus on product/channel/customer margin, Accuracy of forecasting, Achievement of all budgets and targets.
