Role: DC Obsolescence Project Manager
Location: Pomezia, Italy
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to support an obsolescence project in automated distribution centers across Europe. The role involves managing technical, IT/OT, and logistics aspects, ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in GBS systems
* Expertise in ASRS technology and logistics
* Experience with ECapital and SYNQ client (Swisslog systems)
* Hands-on with WCS/WMS testing (N1b/PFM knowledge)
* Familiar with IT/OT systems and automation documentation (E&I drawings)
* Knowledge of ServiceNow, firewall rules, IT access groups
* Experience in project management deliverables (scope, schedule, sourcing, PO, invoices, reports)
Responsibilities:
* Lead and support obsolescence project execution
* Conduct testing, documentation, and system integrations (WCS/WMS, IT/OT diagrams, PLCM docs)
* Manage progress reports, schedules, and stakeholder communication
* Support weekend supervision when required
* Coordinate with client teams for forecasting, funding packages, and execution strategy
