**Job Summary**:
End-to-end ownership by inside sales for all sales tasks beyond lead generation and qualification, including but not limited to representing a specific product area, deciding where to involve technical sales expertise, opportunity hand-offs with other account roles, and maintaining long-term responsibility of the account.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Validation and qualification of leads from an advanced analytical propensity model
- Prospecting the potential client and the needs of the potential client
- Preparation of offers according to the needs of the potential client
- Development of activities to present the value proposition to the potential client through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, videoconferencing, online chat, telephone calls)
- Negotiation and closing of the sale with the end customer
- Account planning (quarterly reports, funnel management, etc.)
- Maintenance of existing accounts, including cycle management
**Expected Areas of Competence**:
- Commercial, customer and results orientation, with an account management mindset and ability to build long term relationships over time
- Excellent communication, oral and written skills
- Capacity for multitasking and passion to continuously learn
- Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from a remote sales channel
- Preferred: experience using sales tools (e.g., CRM, analytics & reporting, etc.)
- Positive assessment of (i) experience in customer care and sales, especially in remote channels; (ii) complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling and social networks
- Preferred: Knowledge related to medical devices
- Key products and services
- Key stakeholders (hospitals, physicians, purchasing groups, etc.)
**Education/Experience Requirements**:
- University degree (preferably in technical fields)
- Preferred: field sales experience in medical devices
- Preferred: Remote sales experience, additional previous experience in medical devices preferable
**Travel Requirements**:
- Less than 10%
