OverviewFor our Worldwide Legal Affairs & Brand Protection Function, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Legal Counsel to join the Team at our HQ in Milan.Your ImpactThe Legal Counsel will support the team across a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on the Real Estate area.Activities
Draft and negotiate national and international contracts (including, but not limited to: Marketing & Communications, Events, Digital, E-commerce, Retail, Privacy, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution)Provide legal advice on civil and commercial law mattersManage national and international litigation, in coordination with external counsel
QualificationsWho We Are Looking ForMain qualifications:
Law degreePrevious experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar role within an international company or law firmExcellent written and spoken English language skills (knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot
