Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large‑scale distribution, is looking for a new IT Manager based in Dublin to join its Information Technology Department.
\n
Posizione The new colleague will carry out the following activities:
\n
Lead and coordinate the IT team across support, operations, and projects;
\n
Ensure reliability, performance and security of the company’s IT infrastructure;
\n
Oversee support processes including ticketing, SLA, escalation management;
\n
Collaborate with the CTO on IT roadmap, strategy and digital transformation, in optimising processes;
\n
Manage and optimise key systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central;
\n
Manage IT vendors and external partners.
\n
Requisiti The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
\n
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a similar IT role;
\n
Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Automate, AWS;
\n
Previous experience managing IT teams;
\n
Fluency in Italian and English;
\n
Strong problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
\n
Nice to have
\n
Experience in multinational environments;
\n
Knowledge of ERP/CRM processes and ITSM tools. xlwpduy
