The role supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance. F1 Car components. /li liSeek continuous improvement in the design of components with prime focus on car performance. /li liContribute to composite design group workload plans in consultation with business partners. /li liContribute to concept development in relation to composite design. /li liLiaise with Race Team concerning reliability and relevant composite design revisions. /li liPerform the role, as assigned by the line manager. /li /ul h3Person Specification /h3 h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering required. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience which must be in a professional motorsports’ environment with design experience. /li liSome FEA experiences are also a plus. /li liProven leadership in high‑pressure, performance‑driven
