Facilitate problem-solving sessions and drive issue resolution. Support daily logistics operations with a focus on warehouse management. Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure service excellence. Promote process standardization and simplification. Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics. Lean Six Sigma certifications. Good English level in word and writing. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Ability to drive change and foster a culture of improvement.
