The role is responsible for managing all composite commodities, from supplier scouting and negotiations to order placement and BOM management, in collaboration with the Planning Department. /p h3Composite Purchasing /h3 pLeads key outsourcing projects for CFRP parts, in close cooperation with the Lead Buyer, and manages additive manufacturing items with different levels of complexity. /p pMonitors supplier performance and holds yearly reviews to define improvement plans and future business opportunities. /p pContributes to commodity strategy definition together with the Lead Buyer. /p pResponsible for scouting new supplier to improve efficiency and technologies. /p pExecute end‑to‑end purchasing activities for the assigned commodity based on project and production needs. /p pIssue purchase orders ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality requirements and cost targets. /p pConduct RFQs, analyze offers, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and manage order fulfilment. /p pMonitor supplier performance (QCD) for the assigned scope and implement corrective actions within remit, escalating major issues to the Lead Buyer. /p pPerform supplier scouting and support supplier audits in line with the department strategy. /p pMaintain accurate reporting and KPIs for the assigned commodity and provide regular updates to the Lead Buyer. /p h3Professionalism /h3 pTo always work in a professional manner regardless of the task set and be pro‑active in managing all the activities under their responsibility. /p pWork closely with production planning and other departments to define criticalities and priorities. /p h3What We Offer /h3 pWorking in a young, collaborative and international environment. /p pTailored training. /p pCompany events and briefings. /p pOn‑site gym. /p pBonus scheme. /p pAnnual salary review process. /p pMeal tickets. /p pFree additional health insurance. /p h3Experience /h3 ul liDegree level in Engineering or Economics is preferred. /li liPrevious composite purchasing experience in Motorsport, Aerospace, Automotive (or comparable high‑level industries) with focus on CFRP items. /li liGood commercial, analytical and negotiation skills. /li liKnowledge of composite components. /li liProficiency in English and MS Office (Excel in particular). /li liResilience, attention to detail, teamwork and problem‑solving attitude. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
