We seek an experienced account manager to onboard, incubate, and support Partners in the Italy market. As the Partnership Development and Operations Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and driving the TSP ecosystem. The role involves business development, training, and project management to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem. You will work closely with various stakeholders to match TSPs with platform partners, onboard and educate partners from small agencies to major media companies, and support them in growing sales on TikTok. Data analysis of metrics such as livestreams and short videos will be essential to identify opportunities and support partner success. Responsibilities: Establish TikTok as the preferred commerce platform by building strong relationships and exploring partnership opportunities across creative, social, production, logistics, and influencer marketing sectors. Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for your client agencies, managing relationships effectively.
