Native Teams provides payment and employment solutions and earning opportunities to freelancers and international remote workers. The platform enables our users to get an ‘employer of record’ and a range of powerful and flexible payment tools, helping them tap into a wider-world of work.
We have picked up thousands of users since launching in July of this year and are now looking for a Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge about all the calculation and general finance to our product-specific experience so that we can continue getting our product and service more widely known and used.
Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality payroll services to clients;
Collaborate with different teams to ensure that payroll processing and benefits administration is accurate and timely;
Correspondence withlocal accountants;
Conducting pre-payroll audits and checks;
Check for salaries,personal income taxes, social security, and health contributions for different countries,
Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients.
Requirements
Most Important
At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience in working with more international payroll clients
Degree in Economics
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel & MS Word)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work. Highly detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of European legislation
SaaS or Fintech experience
