About the Role
We are looking for a People Business Partner Specialist who will provide support to all Human Resources processes and services within the Ferrero plant in Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV), contributing to the main industrial levers in close collaboration with the local Human Resources team. The role reports to the Plant People Business Partner.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the HR function, contributing to the execution of HR processes at plant level and ensuring alignment with Group guidelines and Region HR.
* Assist with talent acquisition: recruitment, hiring, internal/international mobility, and operational organization of recruitment phases.
* Implement Group HR policies at plant level, assist in planning and monitoring training plans, and gather development needs.
* Collaborate on budget management and HR planning: monitor HR and OVH costs and KPIs, ensure accurate data tracking and budget alignment.
* Support employee relations and labor negotiations, including documentation and operational support with trade union representatives.
* Ensure timely administrative tasks and compliance with HR regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with all Plant functions to facilitate correct application of procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Act as a company ambassador, promoting Ferrero values and fostering an inclusive work environment.
About You
Master’s Degree and 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional in industrial or structured environments, including industrial relations and unions.
Solid HR operational knowledge combined with strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Genuine passion for working with people, empathy, active listening, proactive support for individuals and teams.
Good communication skills with fluency in both Italian and English, and availability for international mobility.
Ability to build trust‑based relationships, navigate complex interactions, and support employees and managers with a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset and strong professionalism, integrity and alignment with Ferrero values.
