Chief Operating Officer
who will work closely with the Founder to support the operational management and continued development of the business.
The company is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization operating internationally in the areas of
digital marketing, influencer marketing and branded content, with a highly scalable business model and a lean, performance-driven organizational structure.
The COO reporting directly to the
Founder and Chairman
will be responsible for
leading and structuring the operational execution of the company, ensuring that business growth is supported by processes, organization and management systems that are appropriate for the company’s stage of development.
The role will work in close partnership with the
Founder and CEO, helping translate strategic direction into
clear, measurable and sustainable operational objectives .
Key Responsibilities
Operations Governance
The COO will oversee and ensure the effectiveness of the company’s overall operations.
In particular, the role will:
ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s day-to-day operations
translate strategic priorities into
clear and measurable operational plans
design and implement scalable processes and organizational structures to support business growth
support the evolution of the company’s structure as it progresses through different growth stages.
Leadership Team Coordination
The COO will act as the operational reference point for the management team.
Key responsibilities include:
overseeing and coordinating the activities of the company’s core functions (marketing, commercial, technology, operations, finance and people)
defining and monitoring clear performance indicators for each area
fostering strong alignment and collaboration across departments.
Process and Performance Management
As the company continues to scale, the COO will play a central role in strengthening its operational architecture.
This includes:
introducing and monitoring
performance management systems based on clear KPIs
implementing structured and repeatable operational processes
developing reporting tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
Supporting Business Growth and Scalability
The COO will contribute directly to the company’s ability to sustain and manage rapid growth.
Key areas of focus include:
identifying and removing operational or organizational bottlenecks
improving process efficiency and operational effectiveness
helping build a managerial structure capable of supporting the company’s future scale.
Management Cadence and Execution Culture
The role requires the ability to implement a management system that supports
clarity, accountability and speed of execution .
Key activities include:
organizing and facilitating regular leadership meetings
continuously monitoring company performance metrics
promoting a culture focused on results, ownership and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
strong experience in Operations, General Management or COO roles
a track record in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments
experience structuring and scaling organizations
strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, performance metrics and business economics
the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments
a pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented leadership style
excellent cross-functional leadership and coordination skills.

Compensation Package
The company is open to evaluating both executives with a formal senior management (director) employment contract and highly experienced professionals operating as independent consultants, provided they demonstrate strong seniority and leadership capabilities.

Base salary, depending on experience
