Your Impact
Main Activities
Control of the operativity of the regional Client Service;
Reporting;
Creation and maintenance of the bug ticketing;
Update of the Client Service procedures following the general guidelines;
From an ECommerce wise ordinary maintenance of the: FAQ, templates, procedures, CS contact info on on.
com/APP/NL/Delivery Notes/ecc, Ecom & CS tools UAT.
Qualification
Requirements
Strong passion for fashion and omnichannel solutions;
Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving, handling difficult and high-pressure situations;
English fluency in speech and writing.
Mastery of another language would be a plus.
