Job Purpose and Impact\rThe Transport and Logistics Operations Specialist will help conduct data management, reporting and analysis, shipping, client interaction, business partnership and people, resource. In this role, you will help evaluate distribution and transportation operations, data and facilities to identify the most effective distribution and transportation patterns for products. Key Accountabilities\r\nEvaluate, select and foster continuous relationships with external transport providers.\nKnowledge of the transportation and logistics industry to make recommendations to establish good customer relations.\nAnalyze and project transportation costs and coordinate customs clearances and permits.\nProvide distribution, transportation and logistical solutions on inbound or outbound movement of raw material and finished product from origin to destination.\nPerform data entry updates in spreadsheets and databases based on sales orders and contracts and provide data to more senior team members for further analysis.\nHandle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n#LI-MS9Qualifications\rMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\nKnowledge of the English language\nAt least one year of experience in a similar role\nKnowledge of SAP\n\n\n \nTemporary contract due to maternity leave coverageOur OfferWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
