Position

Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager will work in the HQ eCommerce team to define and manage the digital marketing strategy. He / She will translate business questions into actionable insights, providing analysis and identifying opportunities on sales performance by country / market, user behaviours, digital campaigns, business initiatives and promotions, acquisition and traffic, and conversion rate optimization.


Responsibilities

* Develop the digital marketing strategy, define the yearly investment and plan the budget across all digital channels, including paid search, affiliation, and retargeting based on the business target
* Work closely with the region’s team to create an integrated digital strategy, supporting local needs to seize further opportunities
* Lead and manage external agencies and communicate regularly with all relevant stakeholders
* Oversee the SEO strategy optimization
* Work closely with the communication team to define a full-funnel strategy and with merchandising team on key products strategy
* Set and constantly monitor digital marketing KPIs, sharing clear insights on optimization and opportunities with a proactive attitude
* Plan and supervise digital marketing activities in collaboration with marketplace key-accounts
* Create and maintain dashboards and distribute / automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for relevant stakeholders to monitor and provide insights about traffic and performances
* Develop ad hoc analysis focusing on behaviours, acquisitions, user experience, and conversion to deliver insights and drive decision
* Work with the digital merchandising team to identify product / merchandising opportunities and track product / categories performances
* Work with the UX team to provide insight into user behaviour and identify opportunities for conversion optimization


Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and digital analytics
* Knowledge and proven expertise in the strategic approach to main digital marketing channels
* Budget planning and management
* Good knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Fluent in English
