It is a value creation role, sitting close to senior leadership and investors, with direct impact on funding strategy, liquidity, and market positioning.
Investor Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investorsLead preparation of investor materials including board packs, quarterly updates, and fundraising documentationTreasury
Own and optimise the Group's liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and working capital managementDesign and implement treasury structures across entities and jurisdictionsManage banking relationships and financing arrangementsDrive improvements in cash visibility, controls, and reportingStrong experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or TreasuryBackground in Private Equity backed environments is highly desirableCommercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into a compelling narrativeExcellent communication skills with exposure to senior stakeholders and investors
