HR PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION OFFICERAs a HR Personnel Administration Officer, you will play a key role in our Human Resources team.You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant personnel administration while supporting employees and management across the full employee lifecycle.Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policiesManage employment contracts, onboarding, changes, and terminationsSupport payroll activities by managing time and attendance, leave, salary‐backed loan, and employee dataManage annual health insurance registrations and periodic renewalsIn collaboration with the finance department, it carries out the reconciliation of funds, payments to trade unions, loans and salary‐backed loansMaintain accurate and up‐to‐date employee records and HR documentationAct as a point of contact for employees regarding contracts, payroll, and HR proceduresPrepare HR reports and support audits and internal controlsAct as the main operational interface with the labor consultantMaintain personnel documentation in compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulationsIn collaboration with H&S department, manage monthly medical visit plan and mandatory safety trainingSupport HR Manager in Recruiting process with external provider
What About You?
You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll‐related roles, preferably in a multinational industrial organization environmentYou possess strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes and basic knowledge of accounting principles related to personnel costsYou speak fluent English (written and spoken)You have a proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll management toolsYou have an effectively use of internal HRIS (SuccessorFactors) and digital HR tools logicYou possess strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, enthusiastic, problem‐solving mindset and well‐organized approach to workHigh level of confidentiality, precision, and reliability
