We are looking for a Private Equity Firm, part of an international Group, an Office Manager.
Main activities:
* Responsible for the general operation of the Milan office
* First point of contact for all administrative matters of the Milan office, the Investment Advisory team and external business partners
* Liaising and coordinating with external vendors
* Answering incoming calls and handling mail
* Responsible for office supplies and inventory
* Planning, preparing and coordinating meetings
* Arranging domestic and international business travel and managing travel expenses
* Monitoring and managing office expenses
* Observation of team dynamics, motivation support, active participation in office life
Requirement
* At least 2 years' experience as an office manager, team or personal assistant
* Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel. IT savvy, interested in finding solutions to make working life easier
* Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus
* Well organised, hands-on attitude
* Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
* Strong communication skills and service orientation
* Strong team player, interested in building relationships with colleagues in the Frankfurt and Luxembourg office
