Job Responsibilities
* Oversee a portfolio or program of projects.
* Ensure all studies within a program or portfolio meet therapeutic or client-specific requirements.
* Represent the company to the customer, maintaining satisfaction levels and effectively communicating program deliverables.
* Ensure studies progress according to internal and customer quality standards, SOPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines.
* Manage contract execution and financial aspects, including budgets and expenses.
* Maintain and evaluate project progress using timelines and tracking tools.
* Develop in-depth therapeutic and/or client-specific knowledge for the assigned portfolio.
* Apply study-specific learnings across studies/clients.
* Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
* Contribute to proposal development and pricing, including operational strategies.
* Drive performance improvements, operational efficiencies, and innovative strategies.
* May provide line management oversight and contribute to leadership within Project Management.
Qualifications
* BA/BS in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Direct therapeutic area expertise.
* Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel approximately 25% as needed.
