Experteer OverviewJoin the Milan Design Center to design MEMS structures and model their mechanical and electrical behavior. You will run simulations to optimize gyroscope-related MEMS, develop new design optimization algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development. This role combines hands‐on design with simulation and analysis to push MEMS performance. You will contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence within Bosch Sensortec.

Perform simulations to optimize MEMS designs with a focus on gyroscopes
Develop algorithms for design optimization and improve simulation methods
Analyze cause-and-effect in design and simulation results within a cross‐functional team
Coordinate design and simulation tasks and collaborate with project management and technology development
Contribute to lab experiments and testing to validate MEMS models
Responsabilità Master of Science or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
Fluent English (min B2); German a plus
Proficient coder with MATLAB/Python; experience with finite element tools; Simulink preferred
Autonomous, well‐structured in complex development environments; strong concept development in simulations and algorithms
5+ years experience as MEMS design and model developer for inertial MEMS sensors; cross‐functional teamwork; lab experiments
