We were meant to fly. /ppAs Catalyst System Engineering Operations - Lead Engineer you will support the Catalyst and Eurodrone programs by helping the engineering organization achieve annual and multi‑year objectives. You will drive efficient operations while promoting a culture of Daily Management System (DMS), FLIGHT DECK, continuous improvement, simplification, and productivity, with full consideration of budget and schedule commitments. You will contribute to planning, governance, standard work, and process improvement initiatives that enhance quality, delivery, and overall team performance.
