You will scout potential customers using a push and pull strategy and directly sell products and services or guide guests towards different business owners to support and increase their performance. You will understand the guest mix, the complete onboard offer, and use suitable storytelling to help guests discover the onboard offer, creating a desire to experience something new and increasing their spending willingness. Getting Things Right: You will present at various touch points around the ship, boosting onboard revenue through cross-selling and upselling techniques. Secondary school diploma or degree
in tourism or languages. You have at least
1 year of experience in Retail/Sales
with
good interpersonal skills. You have a good command of
English and Italian
(at least C1 level) plus an additional European language within
French or German
at B2 level. You possess time management and planning skills, internal customer orientation, good communication skills, and stakeholder management.
