YOUR ROLEAs a Digital Engineering & Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, analyzing business challenges, and developing data‐driven strategies. You will support implementation to enhance client performance and manage R&D; projects in Product Development, New Product Introduction, and digital process improvement, using technologies such as PLM, Simulation, AI, and Digital Twin, as well as methodologies such as DFX, MBSE, and Agile/ASPICE. Key Activities Analyze client data, identify issues, and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in R&D;, from Cost Reduction to Product Development, from PLM/ALM to Digital Twin. Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets and timelines. Create actionable plans for R&D; improvement, operational excellence or digital transformation. Drive the execution of new processes, technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin) and methodologies (DFX, MBSE, Agile/ASPICE), supporting the organization to embrace change and fostering adoption. Build and maintain strong client relationships with C‐level stakeholders in R&D;, leading meetings and presenting findings. Strong ability to analyze complex data and situations.
