Base Pay Range
Annual Salary: €40,000 – €75,000. Equity package is available.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain full‑stack features using Next.js and Python with Flask or FastAPI.
* Deliver intuitive, high‑performance user interfaces, ensuring top‑tier product quality and a seamless UX.
* Continuously optimize APIs and databases, improving performance, reliability, and integration with the frontend.
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
* Follow best practices, coding standards, and participate in code reviews to maintain high‑quality code.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
* Strong skills in React/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python/Flask.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector).
* Solid knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes.
* Proactive, adaptable, and strong problem‑solver with the ability to take ownership of projects.
* Interest or experience in ML/NLP and modern tech trends is preferred but not required.
