Ph3Partner, Corporate Leadership Talent Development /h3 pJob Scope /p pIn this high-impact role within Diasorin’s Center of Expertise (CoE), you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of the global leadership and talent development strategies that align with DiaSorin’s business goals and values. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational performance through targeted development programs and tools. The Partner collaborates with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact learning experiences, manage performance management processes, and support leadership assessments and frameworks. /p pbKey Duties And Responsibilities /b /p ul liAssess both organizational and individual learning and development needs for proposing and preparing LD programs, activities, and material for leaders in alignment with business goals and priorities. /li liDesign and implement development programs focused on leadership capabilities across all levels. /li liCollaborate with business leaders and HR partners to ensure development plans support both individual growth and organizational strategy. /li /ul ul liProvide professional expertise and support in the Leadership Assessment and Succession Plan Processes that are required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent. /li liFacilitate strong cross-organizational collaboration and teamwork, leveraging learnings from past and present programs and efforts. /li /ul ul liGuide, coordinate and monitor the deployment of the Performance Management Process in cooperation with the Total Reward CoE. /li liDesign and deliver training programs for leaders in classroom, digital, and blended formats. /li /ul ul liFacilitate workshops and interactive sessions focused on leadership. /li liDevelop and maintain competency models with clearly defined behavioral indicators. /li /ul ul liPromote a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence. /li /ul pbEmployee Engagement Communication /b /p ul liEducate and support leaders throughout the assessment and development journey. /li liContribute to feedback delivery and functional review sessions, fostering transparency and engagement. /li /ul ul liManage yearly worldwide Engagement Surveys and the related coordination of the corporate improvement plans. /li liEnsure that communication programs are aligned with company culture. /li /ul pbInnovation Change Management /b /p ul liCollaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions in organizational development. /li liSupport change management initiatives related to business transformation. /li /ul ul liWork with the Director, Corporate Leadership Talent Development to ensure the HR Team is always abreast of latest best practices in the HR domain. /li liSupport organizational development. /li /ul pbTalent Tools Analytics /b /p ul liSelect and apply best-in-class assessment tools to evaluate leadership and development needs. /li liEnsure alignment between internal development frameworks and external assessment tools, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition. /li liConduct assessments using methodologies such as assessment centers, 360° feedback, and psychometric instruments. /li liTranslate assessment outcomes into actionable insights to inform talent decisions and development planning. /li liWork with the Corporate Reporting department to maintain dashboards that support decisions on promotion readiness, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning. /li liUse data to identify capability trends and support the evolution of HRIS modules related to talent. /li liMonitor training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, and drive continuous improvement. /li /ul pbEducation, Experience, And Qualifications /b /p ul liDegree in Psychology, HR, Business, Education Sciences, or related fields. /li liProven professional experience in multinational companies; healthcare sector experience is not required. Experience in matrix and multinational organizations is preferred. /li liAt least five years' previous work experience in designing and implementing leadership programs at a corporate level or within a major affiliate of multinational companies operating in Italy. /li liExcellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li liFamiliarity with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and data visualization tools. /li liHighly motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset. /li liGood organizational and interpersonal skills. /li liCustomer-oriented attitude. /li /ul ul liWillingness to travel occasionally for cross-site or international activities. /li libPreferred: /b /li liExperience with innovative learning approaches such as gamification, virtual reality, and AI-powered training. /li liHR certifications (e.g., ICF, CIPD, assessment tool certifications). /li /ul pDiasorin is an equal opportunity employer.
