Night Auditor - Franchise
**Job Requirements**Rosetta Perugia Hotel Tapestry Collection by Hilton is looking for a Night Auditor!
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s end-of-day processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining operational efficiency during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring all postings are accurate.
- Balance accounts and complete the end-of-day closure process.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and audit reports to relevant hotel departments.
- Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth night operations.
- Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned to support the Front Office Team.
Requirements;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- A pleasant personality with a passion for customer service.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
