Overview We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as
Specialist Air Operations Life Science. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing proactive service, resolving issues, and coordinating closely with our global air network.
Responsibilities
Order processing and shipment registration
Organization of freight and customs handling, as well as export control
Preparation and monitoring of offers
Ensuring and processing billing to customers
Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
Supporting and advising the customers and agents
Preparation of delivery bills, customs documents, etc.
Monitoring appointments
Maintenance of statistics for performance measurement and as a basis for accounting
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in international forwarding
Experience in Life Science sector is a plus
Fluent oral and written English is a must
