Position
HR ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
* Manage employee relations;
* Handle administrative tasks related to personnel (hiring, contractual changes, resignations, attendance, deadlines);
* Provide support and advice to employees on matters such as contracts, payroll, administrative procedures;
* Process payroll slips;
* Coordinate with external consulting firms;
* Manage relationships with staffing agencies for temporary staff;
* Prepare reports for management support.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in similar roles within companies, professional studios, or associations. A background in economics or labor consulting is required, along with proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
Additional Information
We offer a permanent contract with direct employment. The job location is Bentivoglio (BO). Full-time hours are expected.
