Conduct forensic investigations related to fraud, misconduct, bribery & corruption, cybercrime, and other regulatory or financial irregularities, including evidence collection, analysis, and reporting; Support fraud risk management and corporate compliance activities, including the design, assessment, and enhancement of anti-fraud frameworks; Assist clients in preventing, identifying, and responding to legislative, regulatory, and procedural violations, whistleblowing reports, complaints, and other allegations of misconduct; Perform data-driven analyses (such as transaction testing, pattern analysis, red-flag identification) to detect anomalies, suspicious behaviors, and control weaknesses; Contribute to the resolution of disputes and contentious matters, including support to external advisors; Conduct business intelligence and background checks on natural persons and legal entities using public-domain information and open-source intelligence (OSINT).
You will be involved innational and international projects alongside highly qualified professionals and will work closely with our clients in theConsumer and Industrial Markets sector. Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics
You have a master's degree inbusiness and/or accounting (e.g., business administration, AFC, market economics and the economics of financial intermediaries), etc.; At least 6 months of experience inaccounting, compliance (e.g., Legislative decree no. 231, anti-money laundering, etc.), corporate governance and risk management, preferably through university courses and/or master's programmes in these fields; You have an excellent knowledge ofEnglish, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad; You have an excellent knowledge of MicrosoftOffice;
