Executive Assistant / Marketing & Admin Coordinator

This is an Independent Contractor role, managed through Remote Hero for dedicated work with the client.

Working Hours:
Part-Time M-F 9:00 AM – 1 PM (with occasional flexibility for emergencies).

Time Zone:
ET (Easternmost U.S. Standard Time).

Our client is a full-service interior design agency specializing in high-end residential projects. This role offers the opportunity to support a growing creative studio.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to become a cornerstone of our team.

In this role, you will provide essential support to the founder, helping to streamline day-to-day operations and drive business growth.

You'll be a key player in our expansion, ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to our creative and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the founder, enhancing operational efficiency.
Serve as a professional point of contact, coordinating with clients, vendors, and partners.
Assist with the organization, publishing, and management of photos and media content.
Create and edit basic visual assets for marketing materials and social media using Canva.
Perform updates and maintain the company's Wix-based website.
Offer general operational support, demonstrating proactivity and contributing to business growth.
Provide daily status updates/reports on tasks and progress

Requirements:
Intermediate experience in an Executive or Administrative Support role.
Advanced organizational skills, reliability, and strong time management abilities.
Proven attention to detail and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
Intermediate proficiency with Canva for creating graphics and marketing assets.
Basic to Intermediate experience with website updates using Wix.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
Basic to Intermediate skills in video editing for marketing content (e.g., CapCut).
Advanced fluency in English is required (written and verbal).

Nice to Have Skills:
Intermediate experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners.
Intermediate experience working with international clients or in a remote team setting.
Basic understanding of media, publishing, or content coordination.
Familiarity with photography, creative, or branding workflows.
Basic experience in social media or digital marketing support.
Basic experience using Houzz for profile management and lead handling.
A background or interest in interior design.
