We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join a prestigious company located in the southern area of Milan. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic and structured organization.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead and manage a dedicated team of three payroll specialists, overseeing all internal payroll processes with precision and efficiency.
The role requires an individual with a solid understanding of payroll operations, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record in team leadership. The ability to ensure accuracy and compliance while meeting tight deadlines will be essential.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
* Extensive experience in payroll management and the ability to oversee the end-to-end payroll process.
* Strong leadership skills, with prior experience in managing and mentoring a team.
* Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level to facilitate communication in an international environment.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The selected candidate will be offered a competitive annual remuneration package of €65,000, complemented by an attractive Management by Objectives (MBO) bonus scheme. 1 day remote working
