He/she will be able to assume the following activities:

- Main link between R&D; and plant
- Gather data for R&D; activities
- Provide data from R&D; to plant
- Process monitoring
- Validation trials rating and reporting
- Level 1 analysis of the issues
- On-site fast reaction
- Plants continuous alignment
- Regular reporting
- Collaborate with R&D; to developments (DfA, DfM)
- Collaborate to the validation activities (parts certification and inspections)
Qualifications
-
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineeringor equivalent
- Good English and Italianknowledge, both written and spoken
- Team working and good communication skills
