Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HubSpot properties lists workflows and teams.
* Build and automate email and nurturing campaigns aligned with global marketing initiatives.
* Support the rollout of the Sales CRM and ensure alignment with marketing automation processes.
* Track and report on lead generation nurturing and conversion performance through dashboards and analytics.
* Collaborate with Marketing Sales and IT to improve the integration of HubSpot with other platforms (Odoo GA4 Meta etc.).
Requirements
* 35 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation ideally in B2B or industrial environments.
* Strong command of HubSpot (Marketing Hub Sales Hub and Reporting).
* HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
* Analytical mindset attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
