Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
* Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and long-term planning to achieve commercial objectives.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and luxury service expectations.
* Drive revenue growth through innovative sales, marketing, and guest‐experience initiatives.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, owners, and partners.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within a luxury (5*) hotel environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision‐making skills.
* Solid financial acumen and experience managing complex hotel operations.
* Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations.
* Fluency in English; Italian is a strong advantage. Other European languages such as Spanish are desirable.
* A hands‐on, results‐oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
