Junior IT System Administrator
based in Vimercate.
Main responsibilities :
Prepare and configure desktop and laptop devices for end users;
Provide IT support on hardware and software issues;
Manage and update IT tickets following company procedures;
Support users with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic connectivity issues;
Install and configure peripherals such as monitors, printers, keyboards, and docking stations;
Support onboarding activities and workstation setup for new employees;
Troubleshoot basic network, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues;
Support telecom and collaboration tools such as IP phones and video conferencing devices;
Collaborate with internal IT teams for issue escalation and resolution;
Requirements:
High school diploma in Computer Science or a related IT field;
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer networks;
Interest in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and telecommunications (TLC);
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and PC configuration;
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Teamwork xrdztoy and flexibility to work overtime as needed;
Previous experience (up to 6 months) in desktop/laptop hardware and software support within a Windows-based environment will be considered a plus;
