The role will provide operational financial support within the plant environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. The position works closely with the Plant Controller and cross-functional teams to support business performance and cost control.Key Responsibilities
Support month-end and quarterly closing activitiesAssist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reportingContribute to budgeting and forecasting processesMonitor work orders, overheads, and cost performanceSupport internal and external audits (including SOX compliance)Ensure accounting compliance with US GAAP and local GAAPCollaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and program management teamsProvide financial analysis and performance reporting to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field1–3 years of experience in controlling or accounting (manufacturing environment is a plus)Good knowledge of accounting principlesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdvanced MS Excel skillsSAP knowledge preferredAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skill
